Bill Bratcher’s family consists his wife, Donna; two sons, Jason and Justin, who are both graduates of the University of Texas and the Texas Tech University School of Law, and one daughter, Brittany, who is a high school student.

Mr. Bratcher received his formal education from Baylor University (Bachelor and Master Degrees) and Tarleton State University (Principal Certification).  During his career as an educator, he has taught high school Government and Economics, United States History, Health and has served as an administrator on China Spring’s High School and Middle School campuses.  He began working at China Spring during the 1995-1996 school year. 

Prior to making the move to China Spring, Mr. Bratcher spent seven years coaching high school baseball and football where his 1980 Pearland High School baseball team won the state championship and finished second in the state in 1981.  Mr. Bratcher also spent 13 years coaching baseball at Texas Tech University and Baylor University.
