Dr. Jason McCullough came to China Spring in August of 2009 to serve as Superintendent. His previous educational experience included Deputy Superintendent for Mt. Pleasant ISD, Superintendent for Hubbard ISD (Region 8), Assistant Principal and teacher for Harts Bluff ISD, and teacher and coach for Mt. Vernon ISD. 

Dr. McCullough grew up in DeKalb, Texas and graduated in 1988 from DeKalb High School. He received degrees from Ouachita Baptist University (BA), Texas A&M, Commerce (ME), and Stephen F. Austin State University (Ed.D.).

Dr. McCullough is married to Kim. They have two children Kolby and Kylee. Dr. McCullough enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
