John P. Palmer was elected to the CSISD Board of Trustees in 2005 and was a founding member of the CSISD Education Foundation.   John and his wife Susan have two children, Blake and Meredith, who have proudly attended China Spring Schools since kindergarten.  

John is a partner in the Waco law firm of Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC.   John handles a variety of civil litigation ranging from family law disputes to personal injury cases and serves as a mediator in a variety of civil disputes. 

John received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1985 and his law degree from St. Mary’s University in 1988.   John has resided in Waco since 1988 when he served as a briefing attorney for federal Judge Walter S. Smith, Jr.
