Mrs. Heintz has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1977.  She has two sons; D.W. and Casey, who are both married.  She also has four beautiful grandchildren, which are all girls.  She loves to spend time with her family and spoil her grandchildren.  She is an avid dog lover and an amateur photographer.

Mrs. Heintz earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1995 and Master’s Degree in 2004 in Education from Tarleton State University.  She has taught in Aquilla and Valley Mills where she taught Prekindergarten, Kindergarten, First, Second, 3rd-6th Reading Specialist, and 2nd – 5th Gifted and Talented.  She has been an administrator since 2004 in Valley Mills, Clifton, and now China Spring.  Her first year in China Spring, as the Elementary Assistant Principal, was 2009. 

In 2003, she was honored by Aquilla 8th grade students when she was asked to be the guest speaker at their Graduation Ceremony.  She was their 2nd grade Teacher.   She is most proud of the ability to touch the lives of children and develop them into life long learners. This is not just a job for Mrs. Heintz it is her passion.
