Caught
You Doing Good
In the hustle and bustle of living, people do not always take the time to be kind to others. To improve our community, it is important for our students to learn to do good things for each other. We hope that our students do good things without expecting a reward. However, if a student is “Caught being good” by an adult, that child may receive a Caught You Doing Good slip. The slip is sent to the office.
Each morning, during announcements, students who have been “caught doing good” are called to the office. The office staff and administrators honor the students by cheering for them. Then the students are allowed to shoot a ball into a basketball hoop. Finally, the students who were caught doing good are allowed to take a prize from the treasure chest.
We hope being kind
to others will become a habit for all of our students. Building good character
traits is an important part of the educational process.
