I would like for you all to join me in congratulating the Faculty and Staff members of the Month for April. These outstanding team members have gone above and beyond the call of duty for the betterment of our district. If you see them in your hallways or on your campuses please congratulate them. If you have someone you would like to nominate please send those nominations to your principal or myself.
Secondary Faculty Member of the Month - Congratulations to Mr. Michael Loudermilk, band director at the middle school, for being nominated and selected as the secondary faculty member of the month. Mr. Loudermilk impacts the lives of MANY students on a daily basis. He has a phenomenal talent for growing musicians; however, his positive influence on students extends well beyond the walls of our schools. His devotion to our students is immeasurable and his positive attitude is infectious. His principal said “One of Mr. Loudermilk's greatest strengths is his ability to connect with students. Through engaging lessons and storytelling, Mr. Loudermilk brings all aspects of music to life for his students. His passion for teaching is eminent every time I walk into his classroom. Mr. Loudermilk is always prepared and comes to work with an amazing attitude each and every day. As great a teacher he is, he is an even better man. Mr. Loudermilk is truly one of the best men I have ever had the opportunity to work with in education.” The investment that Mr. Loudermilk makes in the lives of students in China Spring ISD is appreciated and does not go unnoticed. China Spring Middle School is a better place because Mr. Loudermilk is here! So congratulations to Mr. Loudermilk on his outstanding work at the middle school.
Staff Member of the Month – Congratulations to Ms. Holly Finley, PPCD aide at the elementary, for being nominated and selected as the staff member of the month. She goes above and beyond her duty in our classroom. She has initiative and never has to be told what to do next. She jumps in to do things when others are absent or unable to do their job. She is GREAT with the students--trying new and innovative ways to manage behavior. She loves what she does and it shows through her interactions with students and co-workers. So congratulations to Ms. Holly Finley on her outstanding work at the Elementary School.
Elementary Faculty Member of the Month – Congratulations to Mrs. Jami Bihl, elementary counselor, on being nominated and selected as the Elementary Faculty member of the Month. Jami is a tremendous asset to our school. I have been consistently impressed by both her attitude towards her work and her performance on the job. Jami is always willing to offer assistance and go the extra mile for our administrators, teachers, and students. Her interpersonal and communication skills have allowed her to develop productive working relationships with our staff, students, parents, and members of the China Spring community.” Another colleague says “Jami is always eager to do whatever it takes to help others.
