The educator cohort is an opportunity for current China Spring ISD staff to participate in the Champions for China Spring ISD program. The educator cohort is comprised of educators from across the district who will have the unique opportunity to:

• Attend regular meetings with district leadership

• Receive information about upcoming district initiatives

• Offer feedback about district initiatives

• Play a foundational role in creating a culture of championship for China Spring ISD

The educator cohort will meet with district leadership quarterly for two hours in the evening. Meetings are designed to be informative and an opportunity for members to engage and ask questions. Meeting topics are listed below. Please note, meeting topics are subject to change based on the needs of our cohort. All Champions for China Spring ISD meetings will take place in person. Dinner will be served at each meeting.
