Residents of China Spring, age 65 years or older qualify for a Blue Card. Blue Cards are an all sports and fine arts pass, allowing card holders general admission entry to any China Spring ISD regular season home athletic event or fine arts event free of charge for the 2025-26 season. Blue Cards are for general admission only.

Blue Cards are available for pick-up at the China Spring ISD Administration Building:
