Planning and Collaboration Time: Teachers receive dedicated planning periods and Professional Learning Community (PLC) time to collaborate with colleagues, analyze student data and strengthen instructional practices

Teacher Incentive Allotment: China Spring ISD is a TIA designated district. Through the program, CSISD generated more than $600,000 in funding during the first year to support designated teachers
