Three Trustees Sworn In; China Spring ISD Board of Trustees Elects New Officers

Three members of the China Spring ISD Board of Trustees who were elected during the May 2 general election were sworn into office during a regular Board of Trustee meeting on May 18.

  • Julie Daniel, a newly elected trustee, was sworn into her first term for Place 1

  • Ashlee Peacock, a newly elected trustee, was sworn into her first term for Place 2

  • Anthony Collier, a newly elected trustee, was sworn into his first term for Place 3

Chief Financial Officer, James Slater administered the Oath of Office to Daniel, Peacock and Collier.

Following the oath, the Board reorganized by electing a president, vice president and secretary.

Trustees voted for the following Board officers: Jeff Bradburn was elected as Board president; Travis Louge was elected as Board vice president; and Chris Gerick was elected as Board secretary.
