China Spring ISD is proud to announce the 2026–27 district theme: "One Team, One CSISD.” This year's theme reflects the shared commitment that unites the district's students, employees, families and community. It serves as a reminder that every person plays an important role in helping students succeed and that when everyone works together with a common purpose, students benefit from exceptional learning opportunities and a community that believes in their success.
Each year, district leadership selects a theme that reflects the core values of China Spring ISD. "We chose 'One Team, One CSISD' because it represents the way our district works together every day to support students," said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Marc Faulkner. "Whether you're a teacher, bus driver, custodian, administrator, volunteer, parent or community partner, every role matters. We are strongest when we work as one team with one purpose: creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare every student for success."
Across every campus and department, employees work together to ensure students have opportunities to learn, grow and thrive. From welcoming students on the first day of school to celebrating graduates as they cross the stage, each person contributes to an environment where students are challenged, supported and provided meaningful learning opportunities.
"Our students are at the center of everything we do," Dr. Faulkner added. "When we come together as one district and one community, we create opportunities that students can't stop talking about and experiences that make a lasting difference in their lives."
The mission of China Spring ISD is to work in partnership with the community to provide the best learning experience for students.
