–Senior Picture Retakes are October 20th!
There is a sign-up sheet outside the yearbook classroom, (Room 95) for any student needing a retake. You MUST sign up in order to get your picture re-taken
–Graduation Save-the-date: Saturday, May 30th, at 2:00pm,
CSHS will celebrate the class of 2026 at the Ferrell Center on the campus of Baylor University. More information to follow in the coming months!
All Parents:
–9th-11th Grade Picture retakes are October 21st.
Sign ups are outside the yearbook classroom (Room 95). Please have your student sign the sheet outside Mr. Riedell’s yearbook room if they are needing picture retakes.
–PSAT Opportunity
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to take the PSAT on campus during the school day. The test will be held on October 22nd, and the cost is $20.
Here are a few reasons why taking the PSAT is beneficial:
Get a Preview: Understand how you might perform on the SAT.
Identify Areas for Improvement: Target specific areas to focus on for SAT preparation.
National Merit Recognition: Juniors, high scores on the PSAT can lead to National Merit recognition, including Semifinalist and Finalist status, and potentially National Merit scholarships.

VATRE Information Meetings
China Spring ISD VATRE Measure:
Early voting for the China Spring ISD VATRE measure begins Monday, October 20, and runs through Friday, October 31. Election Day is Tuesday, November 4. The proposed total tax rate is $0.98192, which is 3.7 cents lower than last year's rate. If voters approve the VATRE, it will provide about $2.16 million in additional annual funding for our schools, while still keeping the overall school tax rate lower than last year.

The payment window will begin September 8th and close September 18th. Please pay cash or check made payable to China Spring High School in the counseling center.

Officer Rocha
Parking passes must be purchased if you’re driving a car to the CSHS campus. The driver must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for the car they will be driving to campus.
Parking passes are $10 and can be bought in Officer Rocha’s office or purchased at myschoolbucks.
